1. Communication

For sustainability reasons and because returns are very cost-intensive for us as a small company, we ask you to read the item descriptions including the units of measurement carefully before purchasing in order to avoid returns as much as possible.

If you would like to return the items you ordered, please contact us using the contact form with your order number #... and the reason for the return. We will get back to you as soon as possible with confirmation of your desired return so that you can carry out this taking into account Sections 2 & 3.

2. Packaging and condition of the goods

Pack the items well to avoid damage in transit. The best way to do this is to use the package and packaging materials you received from us. Please ensure that the returned items are unused and in their original condition so that we can refund the full purchase price. Items that arrive broken or used cannot be refunded.

3. Franking of the return shipment

Since we are a small company, we cannot cover the costs of returns. Please make sure that your return has sufficient postage. For packages returned freight forwarded and packages with insufficient postage, DHL's penalty fee of €15 will be offset against the credit for the return.

As soon as your return has been processed by us, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You will receive a refund for the returned items within 14 working days of receipt of the return using the payment method you used for your purchase.
